3. Bookings and Reservations
*Booking Process* – All bookings are subject to availability – A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
*Cancellation Policy* – Cancellations of the event may forfeit the deposit – No-shows will forfeit all payments made
*Changes to Bookings* – Requests to modify bookings are subject to availability
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required according to the terms specified in your booking agreement. Prices are subject to change without notice – All sales are in USD and subject to applicable taxes

9. User-Generated Content If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us: – You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content – You represent that you own the rights to the content submitted – We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion
